Luciana

Hello hello!

So I've had this idea for a series of images featuring women and animals for a while now (thanks to those of you who gave feedback on the fav animals poll!) When I decided to make a start on the first one (bats) I realised it would be the perfect opportunity to work in a gift-art piece for `Endorell-Taelos of her vampire character Princess Luciana!

It's been said before but it bears repeating; `Endorell-Taelos does a lot for me, she helps with running #TheMuTanTZoO and #The-Ugly-Vampire groups, she's always going out of her way to make things nice (like stamps/icons/ and the amazing journal skin she made for me!) and she's a good, reliable friend to boot. - It's not just me she helps either, she's a genuinely nice and friendly person who's involved in loads of community groups here on DA, and I just figured she does so much for me and everyone else, it's about time I did something nice for her in return! - Thanks Ali! ^_^ - Go give her some love! ^_^

Anyways, here we see Luciana, grown up and dancing with her flock at a full moon! ^_^ I'm playing with trying to work some nouveaux touches in there combined with a modern cartoony style... I'm looking forward to playing with this approach more! ^_^

I totally stabbed my finger with a kitchen knife while drawing this, but fortunately it was my left hand so it didn't impair my drawing ability too much!
